Davy Jones Locker, known as DJL, is a PADI Career Development Centre on Koh Tao that has been teaching diving since 1996. Originally based in Mae Haad, it moved to Sairee in 2006, where it has its own dive school, bar and restaurant, swimming pool, technical diving office and classrooms on the beach road opposite Silver Sands Resort.
The centre offers the full range of PADI courses, from Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water through to Divemaster and Instructor development, alongside daily fun dives for certified divers. A dedicated technical diving office supports courses beyond recreational limits.
DJL provides discounted accommodation for students nearby and combines its long experience on the island with a central Sairee location close to the beach and the village.
