Blue Water Café & Restaurant sits right on Sairee Beach, in the southern section of one of Koh Tao’s most popular stretches of sand. The setting combines urban chic and rustic beach, with seating available inside, on the beach, and on an upstairs mezzanine floor available for group bookings and private events.
The menu runs all day, from a generous breakfast selection through to lunch, dinner and snacks. The kitchen covers a wide range of tastes, from Thai dishes and fresh salads to sandwiches, pasta, burgers and a dessert menu. The drinks list is one of the most extensive on the island, with artisan coffee, fresh juices, smoothies, around 30 cocktail options, local and craft beers, and a daily happy hour running until 7pm.
As the sun drops over the Gulf of Thailand, live music sessions run every evening from around 6pm, with performances ranging from acoustic sets to DJ nights. The rooftop bar is a popular spot to catch the sunset with a cocktail in hand.
